QUETTA: Kalat police claimed to have seized a huge quantity of drugs in an operation on the National Highway near Mughalzai area on Monday.
Addressing a news conference, Arbab Amjad Ali Kasi, SP Kalat, said during the search of a vehicle near Mughalzai area on the National Highway, 58kg high quality Hashish was recovered from the hidden places of vehicle.
SP Kalat further said that four number plates of vehicles were also recovered from the said vehicle. He added that seized hashish was to be smuggled from Quetta to Karachi. He said driver had been arrested and further investigation initiated.
