KARACHI: Sindh Health Department has introduced one-shot or single dose COVID-vaccine for people having 80 years and above while no prior registration ia required for elderly people, a top health official told PPI Saturday.
Director, Health Karachi, Dr Ismail Memon, while talking to PPI, informed that Sindh health department had introduced one-shot single dose COVID-vaccine at Mass Vaccination Centre for elderly people with age from 80 and above. No any prior registration is required for this.
He informed that separate counter, separate room and screening facility have already set up in the Mass Vaccination Centre situated opposite Karachi University. He further informed that single dose of casino vaccine will be administration to elderly people without any registration.
Dr Memon said Mass Vaccination Centre is open for public round the clock for vaccination and elderly people could visit any time for one-shot COVID vaccination.
