The hearing for the case concerning Dr. Aafia’s health, life, and repatriation will be held on Tuesday, May 13, at the Islamabad High Court.

The case will be heard in the courtroom of Mr. Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan, Courtroom No5. It will be presented under Constitutional Petition No3139/2015, with serial number 1.

Dr. Fauzia Siddiqui, along with American lawyers Clive Smith, Maria Kari, and Tania Siddiqui, will participate in the online hearing.

Senator Mushtaq Ahmed Khan and Advocate Imran Shafiq will brief the media after the hearing.

This case holds significant importance regarding the protection of Dr. Aafia’s health and life and is also part of the efforts for her repatriation.
