Various highways in Balochistan remained blocked on Wednesday, disrupting all kinds of traffic and causing difficulties to commuters, particularly women and children, during the month of Ramazan.
According to a PPI report, the protesters demanding the recovery of alleged missing persons blocked the Mastung-Taftan highway near the Girdgap area of district Mastung.
Similarly, relatives of alleged missing persons obstructed traffic on the Quetta-Karachi highway near Mughal Chowk in Kalat. In a separate protest, the Quetta-Karachi highway was also blocked near Zero Point in Surab against the enforced disappearance of Baloch youths.
