Islamabad, March 28, 2023 (PPI-OT): Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan arranged an ‘Iftar’ for police officials who accomplished their duties during recent law and order situations. On the occasion, all divisional Capital Police Officers (CPO), AIG’s, SSP’s, DPO’s and SHO’s of all police stations were present.
The Capital Police Chief while encouraging the officials said every officer and jawan of Islamabad Capital police was determined to perform his duties in any situation. “I am proud of the professionalism, bravery and good faith with which every officer of Islamabad capital police has performed his duties during the last several days of political activities,” said IGP.
He urged them to accomplish their responsibilities in a professional manner during the holy month of Ramadan and continue the work with zeal and zest. The purpose of this activity was to keep morale of officers of Islamabad Capital police high as they were ensuring protection to the lives and property of the citizens in this critical time.
