International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, recently convened a meeting to assess the arrangements for the impending Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) proceedings. He conferred with the Human Resource Management and Development (HRM and D) team to ensure meticulous preparation.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (Academics and Finance), and the HR personnel apprised the president of the advancements and crucial aspects of the DPC procedure.
Championing impartial and regulated HR procedures, President Alahmed underscored the significance of prompt and merit-based advancements. This discussion followed a prior meeting with the HR division, where he emphasized staff support and comprehensive institutional enhancements.
