LARKANA:The Judge, Anti-Encroachment Tribunal, Larkana, Abbas Haider Gad, has directed SSP Police Training Centre, Assistant Commissioner and other relevant officers to remove encroachment on Police Training Centre land made by accused Ali Baig Buriro and Dr Ayaz Hussain Soomro within 30 days and disposed of application made by the Principal, Police Training Centre (PTC).
City Surveyor report and demarcation also proved that both accused were involved in occupying government land. The judge further directed that a compliance report be filed in the court after removal of encroachment within stipulated time.
