Imran Khan discharged from hospital, reaches Zaman Park residence

LAHORE: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former prime minister Imran Khan has been discharged from the Shaukat Khanum Hospital Lahore on Sunday.

According to a report, Imran Khan shifted from hospital to his residence at Zaman Park, Lahore amid tight security. A 4-member medical board allowed the PTI chairman to go home and prepared his discharge slip in light of his normal medical reports.

The treatment of Imran Khan, who was injured in the firing on the container of a long march at Wazirabad was done in Shaukat Khanum Hospital. The Punjab government has taken tight security measures outside the PTI chairman’s residence at Zaman Park in Lahore.

Imran Khan was under treatment in Shaukat Khanum Hospital for three days after the assassination attack. It is to be noted here that Imran Khan was admitted to Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore after he received bullets in his leg in an attack in Wazirabad during the long march.
