The Supreme Court of Pakistan will hear former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s bail applications in eight cases related to the May 9 disturbances on Saturday. The court’s registrar has issued the schedule and informed Khan’s lawyers.

A three-judge panel, led by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and comprising Justices Shafi Siddiqui and Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb, will preside over the proceedings.

Separately, proceedings in the Toshakhana-II case against Khan and his spouse, Bushra Bibi, have been adjourned. The hearing, slated to occur at Adiala Jail before a Special Judge (Central) Islamabad, was deferred.

Khan’s attorney, Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry, received official notification from court personnel. A revised hearing date will be announced at the Islamabad Judicial Complex.
