KARACHI: Secretary Information Rafique Ahmed Buriro awarded officers of the Information Department appreciation certificates for the month of March in a sample ceremony here today.
Saleem Khan was declared best officer for the month amongst Directors, Zulfiqar Ali Shaikh from Deputy Directors and Ms Maria Yunus from Section Officer. They were presented certificates on the occasion, according to a statement issued on Friday.
Secretary Information Rafique Ahmed Buriro said that continuous training of officers not only enhanced their capabilities but also helped in improving overall working of the department. All officers and officials are assets of the department as their performance is the basis of working of the Sindh Information department, he observed.
“Success is the result of their work and if we all work as a combined unit, we can archive any target. Information department requires dedicated, devoted and hardworking employees, who are willing to take-up any challenge head on.”
He said that decision to grant best officer of the month award was aimed at encouraging them and utilizing their services is more befitting manner.
