Islamabad, January 18, 2018 (PPI-OT):The Regional director of International Union of Conservation of Nature Ms.Aban Markal paid a courtesy call to Federal Minister for Climate Change. Federal Minister for Climate Change Senator Mushahidullah Khan highlighted that International Union of Conservation of Nature should organize a trilateral conference including Pakistan India, and International Union of Conservation of Nature to discuss smog issue.
He also discussed to establish a information Centre on Snow Leopard in Pakistan. Ms.Markal agreed to conduct bilateral conference and providing technical support like movies books on snow leopard for information center. The meeting was attended by Ms. Romeena Khursheed Alam Parliamentary Secretary for Climate Change, Secretary for Ministry of Climate Change Khizer Hayat, Inspector General Forest Syed Mehmood Nasir and country Director IUCN.
