Karachi, July 11, 2018 (PPI-OT): Provincial Caretaker Minister for Irrigation, Public Health Engineering and Rural Development, Inter Provincial Coordination and Excise and Taxation Department Mushtaq Ahmed Shah has said that Inter Provincial Coordination Department Sindh is performing its duties well to highlight the issues of Sindh at Federal level. This he said while getting briefing of Inter Provincial Coordination Department here in his office on Wednesday.
Secretary IPC Mudassir Iqbal briefed Caretaker Minister regarding working, performance and achievements of IPC Department. The Caretaker Minister Mushtaq Ahmed Shah was informed that in next meeting on Inter Provincial Coordination Committee (IPCC) the matter of devolution of institutions/ offices related to the Fisheries Department would be discussed.
The Caretaker Minister for Irrigation, Public Health Engineering and Rural Development, Inter Provincial Coordination and Excise and Taxation Department Mushtaq Ahmed Shah appreciated the performance of IPC Department and expressed his hope that they would continue to work in the same spirit in future as well. Meanwhile the Caretaker Minister Mushtaq Ahmed Shah has taken the notice of growers staged sits – in on Indus Highway near Mehran Town Dadu and Larkana near Ratodero regarding scarcity of water in canals. He asked the officers concerned to take appropriate measures to resolve the issue on priority basis.
