Islamabad police executed an extensive search and sweep in several areas within the Tarnol police station’s purview on Friday, led by the Saddar Zone’s Superintendent of Police. Counter Terrorism Department operatives and female officers also participated in the exercise.
The deployed personnel received a comprehensive briefing before the operation commenced. During the activity, authorities scrutinized 65 people, 40 residences, and 40 businesses. Furthermore, they examined 17 motorcycles and six automobiles.
The endeavor aimed to suppress unlawful acts in the locality. The Islamabad Police chief previously mandated large-scale search initiatives throughout the district to eliminate criminal behavior.
Residents have been asked to assist law enforcement during inspections and promptly notify authorities of any questionable occurrences. The police reaffirmed their commitment to public safety as their paramount concern.
