SP City Zone, Suleman Zafar, chaired a meeting with local residents and Station House Officers (SHOs) to discuss important policing matters. Prioritizing citizen safety, Zafar reiterated the police force’s commitment to protecting lives and property.
The SP issued several directives to improve the quality of services provided by City Zone police. Emphasis was placed on maintaining accurate records, along with the importance of cleanliness in police offices and residences.
Zafar directed officers to promptly address public complaints and ensure that grievances are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. The implementation of e-tag technology and deployment of police guides were also discussed to enhance the work of law enforcement agencies.
