PESHAWAR: A meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet was held in Peshawar on Tuesday under the chair of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan.
Addressing the meeting, the Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to ensure complete release of developmental funds for tribal districts. Mahmood Khan also directed all the government departments to implement minimum wages of twenty-six thousand rupees in all sectors.
The cabinet approved members of Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Abbottabad besides handover of lands for the establishment of Rescue 1122 station in Batkhela. Similarly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa public Service commission has been directed to expedite the process of recruitment of teaching staff besides devising mechanisms for induction of teaching staff on temporary basis.
