Last 2 deceased in Gul Plaza tragedy identified through DNA, bodies handed over to relatives

The last two members of a family of six who died in the Gul Plaza tragedy have also been formally identified following DNA analysis, bringing a sad end to the search for the Delhi Colony residents.

The bodies of Kausar Perveen and Ashraf were handed over to their relatives from the Edhi morgue on Wednesday.

Reportedly, the entire family had gone to the commercial center for shopping when the tragic incident occurred.

This development follows the earlier identification of the other four family members Misbah Perveen, Maryam, Nimra, and Muhammad Saad.

According to information from the Edhi Foundation, their bodies were handed over to the grieving relatives on January 25.
