The head of Ittihad AhleSunnat Pakistan, Allama Maulana Abu alRaza Dad Muhammad Faryadi, stated today that the lives and teachings of the saints convey lessons of peace and love.
While addressing the ZikreAuliya Conference, he said that the life stories of religious elders can improve the situation of peace and order. The actions and conduct of the saints serve as a guiding light for the Islamic world and are also a means of success in this world and the hereafter.
Allama Faryadi emphasized that we should act on the teachings of the saints to eliminate mutual hatred. He said there is a need to promote the philosophy of peace and security advocated by the religious elders to strengthen unity and brotherhood.
He further added that Islam spread in the Indian subcontinent through the blessings of the saints. We should visit the shrines of the saints to attain spiritual peace.
