In the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, currency exchange rates exhibited a mixed trend on 12 May.
The US Dollar closed at buying and selling rates of 282.05 and 283.50 respectively, while the Euro was valued at 314.98 for buying and 318.98 for selling.
The British Pound Sterling showed a buying rate of 373.34 and a selling rate of 377.61. The Japanese Yen registered at 1.88 for buying and 1.94 for selling. Meanwhile, the UAE Dirham stood at 76.78 and 77.45, and the Saudi Riyal was recorded at 75.02 and 75.70 for buying and selling, respectively.
The interbank rates were noted at 281.56 for buying and 281.76 for selling, reflecting the dynamic nature of the currency market. The data highlights the fluctuating currency trends as observed by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan.
