Law enforcement agencies have recovered narcotics during a major operation in Naushahro Feroze district on Monday. The seized items include 1300 grams of hashish, raw liquor, and a large quantity of gutka.
Moro police conducted two separate successful raids. In one operation, authorities detained three individuals-Raza Muhammad Almani, Rajab Ali, and Manzoor Soomro-on suspicion of involvement in gambling. Authorities also seized Rs. 8,000 in cash and playing cards from the gambling den.
Later in another operation, the same police unit detained two other individuals for illegal possession of alcohol. Nadir Chandio and Shiraz Soomro were taken into custody with 10 liters of raw liquor each, bringing the total seized to 20 liters.
Meanwhile, Bhiria Road police focused their efforts against the drug trade, resulting in the arrest of three alleged dealers. Irfan Rajput was arrested with 1300 grams of hashish.
In connection with the same anti-drug campaign, two other individuals were also taken into custody for possessing gutka. Sanaullah Noonari was arrested with 330 grams and Sanaullah Arain with 315 grams of the banned substance.
