QUETTA:Judicial Magistrate-II Sariab, Muhammad Qasim Kibzai, awarded three years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 45,000 to an accused involved in the case of luring innocent people in the name of 3-Alliance Company.
According to prosecution, accused Muhammad Sadiq collected money from people in the name of 3-Alliance Company. Challen was submitted before the court after lodging case against the accused.
Judicial Magistrate-II, Muhammad Qasim Kibzai awarded three years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 45,000 after proving the guilt.
