Man injured by stray bullet inside home in Karachi’s Orangi Town Mominabad

A 53-year-old man was injured on Saturday after being hit by a stray bullet inside his residence in Orangi Town, prompting police to launch an immediate investigation into the incident.

The victim, identified as Muhammad Farooq, son of Abdul Aziz, sustained the injury at his house, No. 326, located in Sector 04 of the densely populated area.

Following the incident, the injured citizen was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for necessary medical attention.

Officials at the Mominabad Police Station, which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, have taken cognizance of the matter and initiated an inquiry to determine the circumstances and origin of the gunshot.
