KARACHI:The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday dismissed a contempt of court plea pertaining to the controversy between Sindh government and federal government over medical colleges and universities admission tests.
The contempt of court plea, for non-compliance with the court order, was moved by Muhammad Jibran Nasir, who is counsel for students against separate medical tests by federal and Sindh governments.
The petitioner stated that a new test date had been announced without forming an academic board. The court order has been implemented, a lawyer of Pakistan Medical Commission replied to the petitioner. Academic board has also been formed. The board has approved the syllabus, said PMC lawyer.
