The Ministry of Religious Affairs has mandated that private Hajj companies ensure the issuance of Hajj visas by April 18, following instructions from Saudi authorities. This directive aims to streamline the visa process for the upcoming Hajj season, emphasizing timely compliance.

The Ministry announced that private Hajj pilgrims must receive a copy of the facilities agreement in line with the newly established quota. For 2025, the private Hajj Scheme will accommodate 23,620 Pakistani pilgrims.

A comprehensive list of authorized private Hajj companies for 2025 is now accessible on the ministry’s official website and through the Pak Hajj 2025 Mobile Application. These platforms provide pilgrims with the ability to verify the status of their applications and the facilities offered.

For grievances, the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ monitoring department is available to assist pilgrims with any concerns regarding their Hajj arrangements.
