The First Additional Sessions Judge on Wednesday granted bail to three accused in the Neha Chauhan murder case. According to details, the arrested accused in the case, Saima Mughal, Farman, and Sabir Mahar, have been granted bail against surety bonds of two lakh rupees, which have been ordered to be submitted immediately.
This decision came after lawyer Shehroz Mahar presented strong arguments in court, convincing the judge for release on bail. The case, initiated by the local police, has reached a significant turn with this decision. Neha’s parents, Aisha and Mubeen Chauhan, are in police custody, although railway authorities have already provided the SSP with evidence of the father’s innocence.
The investigation is ongoing, while the DNA report is a crucial piece of evidence that is yet to be revealed, and could possibly shed more light on the tragic death of Neha Chauhan.
