QUETTA: MPA Zeenat Shahwani has said that a report of the committee constituted by Balochistan National Party (Mengal) for probing rigging during the recent Senate elections be made public so that it might be known as to who had not cast vote in favour of Sajjid Tareen Advocate during the previous Senate election.
Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Saturday, MPA Zeenat said that she had come to know through social media that she had been sacked from Balochistan National Party (Mengal). She said that a conspiracy had been hatched to get Sajid Tareen Advocate defeated in the senate election.
Zeenat said that her special discretionary funds for the last two years were utilized in Turbat, Panjgur and Bela instead of Sariab Road, adding that when she allocated her fund for the development of Sariab Road area, action against her was taken. The MPA demanded that report of the committee constituted by BNP (Mengal) for probing alleged rigging during the previous election of senate be made public so that it might to be known as to who had not cast vote in favour of Sajjid Tareen Advocate.
