Karachi, October 28, 2019 (PPI-OT): The Government of Sindh, Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Criminal Prosecution Department has notified that on the recommendation of the Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh and with the approval of the Competent Authority, Mr. Abbas Hyder Gaad, Advocate is appointed as Presiding Officer, Ant-Encroachment Tribunal, Larkana with effect the date he assumes the charge of the said post for a period of two and half years.
