Srinagar, February 06, 2018 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Mufti Nasirul Islam, Deputy Grand Mufti of Kashmir, has expressed serious concern over the attack on Kashmiri students in Haryana University. Mufti Nasirul Islam in his statement appealed to the people to apply their mind for the establishment of new universities and other technical institutions within the Jammu and Kashmir to safeguard the lives and career of students who often go outside the territory for their studies. “The attack on Kashmiri students in various (Indian) states is nothing but a sign of growing hooliganism and intolerance against Kashmiris,” he added.
