The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Wednesday has launched a comprehensive new mechanism named “Public’s Sense”, designed to improve the management of public grievances. This initiative has been introduced under the vision of Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Khan Afridi, aiming to provide an efficient, swift, and transparent process for resolving citizen complaints.
The primary objective of the new system is to establish a robust framework for the effective and responsive redressal of issues raised by the public.
This “Public’s Sense” infrastructure facilitates the registration of complaints through various accessible channels, including both modern digital platforms and traditional methods of communication.
The establishment of this multi-faceted system is being described as a key element of the current administration’s commitment to enhance responsiveness and accountability in the delivery of public services.
