National leadership played an important role in establishing peace, ‘It is a moment of pride for us as Pakistanis’: Pakistan Business Forum Sindh Region

Pakistan Business Forum (Sindh Region) President Malik Khuda Bakhsh has demanded the Nobel Peace Prize for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, crediting their diplomatic intervention with stopping the US-Iran war and averting a potential World War III.

Pakistan Business Forum (Sindh Region) President Malik Khuda Bakhsh on Thursday stressed that the country’s leadership played a crucial role in establishing peace, which he described as “moments of pride for us as Pakistanis.”

He said that the ceasefire will bring significant economic benefits to Pakistan, especially through the lifting of sanctions on Iran. Bakhsh anticipates opportunities to import cheap industrial raw materials and meet energy needs through the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline, which will strengthen the domestic industry.

According to Bakhsh, this diplomatic breakthrough has restored global confidence in the country, presenting Pakistan as a safe and prime destination for investment. He urged the repatriation of capital that had previously moved to the Middle East, including Dubai.

Citing the “day and night efforts” of the Prime Minister and the Field Marshal to reduce regional tensions, Bakhsh reiterated his demand for the Nobel Peace Prize, arguing that Pakistan’s international politics and diplomacy have proven their mettle on the global stage.

The business leader added that Pakistan has always supported peace and dialogue, and this recent success is a testament to its foreign policy. He claimed that the timely prevention of a potential nuclear conflict saved millions of lives and improved the economy.

Bakhsh concluded that the reduction in tensions is already causing an immediate decrease in global petroleum and energy prices, which he termed “a good omen for the economy,” and predicted positive impacts on trade and industrial activities worldwide.
