Dad Muhammad Baloch, the Central Labour Secretary of the National Party, on Saturday expressed strong support for the Railway Mazdoor Action Committee’s (RMAC) demand to conduct elections for the Railway Housing Society in Quetta.
He reiterated that this was a legitimate and pressing demand and assured the committee that the National Party would highlight the issue on every platform.
Baloch made these remarks while addressing a delegation from the RMAC, which visited the National Party’s central secretariat under the leadership of Naseem Gishgori, the Organizer of the Railway Mazdoor Union. The delegation briefed Baloch about their ongoing efforts to have the elections conducted, stressing that the Railway Housing Society had not held elections for the past 19 years.
Expressing his regret over the prolonged delay, Baloch emphasized that the National Party would stand alongside RMAC in its struggle. He assured them that the party would continue to push for the legitimate demands of the Railway Mazdoor Action Committee, particularly regarding the election of the Railway Housing Society, at all available forums.
