In a concerted effort against drug trafficking, relevant government agencies reported that forty-six cases were registered nationwide last month, leading to the arrest of fifty-seven drug dealers.
During the operations, officials seized a significant quantity of illegal substances, including over 262 kilograms of heroin, 522 kilograms of hashish, 72 kilograms of meth, 619 kilograms of opium, and more than 44 kilograms of other narcotics.
Authorities emphasized the ongoing commitment to curtail the distribution and sale of narcotics across the country, noting the substantial impact of these seizures on the illegal drug trade.
