Naxal guerrillas kill two police informers in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, March 29, 2023 (PPI-OT): Two police informers were killed by attackers in two separate places in Indian disturbed state Chhattisgarh. Two villagers, including a former deputy sarpanch, were allegedly killed by Naxal guerrillas in Bastar division in separate incidents, police officials said. The victims were accused of acting as police informers by assailants, the police said.

One Ramji Dodi a former deputy sarpanch was murdered in Narayanpur district and another Madkam Raju was killed in Sukma district, they said. The pamphlet suggesting the both were acting as police informers, police said. Indian forces personnel were rushed to the place after being alerted about it, police said, adding that search operations were underway at both places.
