NUML Forges Partnerships To Enhance Student Employability And Media Training

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) has entered into two significant agreements to bolster practical training and skill development for its students. The collaborations focus on enhancing employability and providing media-related educational opportunities.

NUML joined forces with the TEU Professional Development Centre (TEUPDC) to introduce short courses and training initiatives aimed at equipping students with in-demand skills for the current job market. The memorandum of understanding was signed by NUML Director General Brigadier Shahzad Munir and TEUPDC Executive Director Brigadier (R) Muzaffar ul Hassan.

Furthermore, NUML established a partnership with Azaad Media Academy to provide media studies students with practical experience. The accord, signed by Brigadier Shahzad Munir and the Academy’s Patron-in-Chief Murtaza Solangi, will offer internships and training in various media disciplines, including journalism, broadcasting, digital platforms, and the integration of AI in contemporary media practices.

Brigadier Shahzad Munir, DG NUML, believes these partnerships will significantly benefit students and reinforce the university’s commitment to connecting academic learning with practical industry experience.
