A new post office was officially inaugurated today in Khairpur District and Sessions Court, on this occasion, District and Sessions Judge, Mr. Manoomal Khakheja, emphasized the important role of the legal community in resolving pending cases to ensure immediate justice for the public.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Justice Khakheja described the bar and bench as standard-bearers of peace, committed to providing affordable legal aid. He said that legal professionals deserve respect and any challenges faced by lawyers will be jointly resolved, as they represent the essential support of the judicial system.
The District and Sessions Judge specifically appealed to lawyers to assist the courts in pending cases. He stressed that this joint approach is essential for delivering prompt justice to the public.
Addressing on the same occasion, the President of the District Bar, Advocate Ejaz Ali Chandio, affirmed the continuous cordial relations between the legal profession and the judiciary. He reiterated the unwavering commitment of the legal community in supporting public justice and the supremacy of the judicial institution.
Advocate Chandio highlighted the great sacrifices of the legal community for the restoration of the judiciary, and assured their readiness for further cooperation.
The ceremony was attended by numerous dignitaries and legal professionals, including General Secretary Altaf Mari, Advocate Shoaib Khaskheli, Advocate Shifa Muhammad Chandio, Advocate Atta Muhammad Chandio, Advocate Bakhtawar Shaikh Khalida Riaz, Advocate Mansoor Lorak, Advocate Abdul Ghaffar Mahar, and Advocate Allah Waris Soomro.
Additionally, Additional District and Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges, Civil Magistrates, and members of the post office staff were also present. Guests were presented with traditional Sindhi Ajrak shawls and caps as gifts.
