Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen met here on Monday with United Nations Special Envoy for Yemen Martin Griffiths.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest political, security and humanitarian developments in Yemen as well as the efforts of the UN envoy to reach a political solution to end the conflict in the country, based on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Initiative, the outcome of the National Dialogue Conference and Security Council Resolution 2216 (2015).
