Jeddah A delegation of observers from the General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will participate in monitoring Kazakhstan’s presidential election, scheduled to take place on June 9.
This initiative comes within the framework of the OIC’s role to observe elections in the member states, and follows an official invitation received from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The OIC General Secretariat expressed its confidence that the success of the upcoming electoral process in Kazakhstan would be an important platform for strengthening the democratic path and consolidating the economic development in the Central Asian nation.
