Okara Police Arrests Absconding Husband Wanted in Second Wife’s Murder Case After 6 Years

Police have successfully arrested Nazir, an advertised accused wanted in the murder case of his second wife, in a successful operation today. He had been absconding for six years, wanted for the murder of his second wife, and has been successfully arrested by police in Okara. Authorities used modern technology to trace and arrest the absconder Nazir, bringing an end to his long period of escape.

According to sources, Nazir is accused of murdering his second wife, Shehnaz Bibi, using a knife and an axe in a field and fleeing the scene. The case was formally registered by Sajid Ali, the victim’s son from her first marriage, who refers to the accused as his stepfather.

Police officials confirmed that the alleged killer had married the victim only a few months before the incident. The SHO of Haveli Police Station and his assisting team played a crucial role in arresting the accused using modern technical means.

Okara’s District Police Officer (DPO) publicly praised the police unit’s effective performance in arresting the long-wanted criminal. The DPO further reiterated the commitment to ongoing operations against criminal elements.
