Sindh Home Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar has demanded immediate action on the incident of firing by unknown assailants on a CIA police vehicle in Sanghar. The minister has directed law enforcement agencies to launch a comprehensive operation for the arrest of the culprits.
In a directive issued on Thursday, the Home Minister has sought an immediate report from the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sanghar on all police actions taken in response to the attack.
Minister Lanjar emphasized that crucial evidence should be collected from the crime scene to identify the culprits behind the firing.
He further ordered that the monitoring of the area’s entry and exit points be enhanced. The minister also mandated that the process of checking suspects be expedited to prevent the escape of those responsible.
The Home Minister said, “The elements involved in the incident will be brought to justice soon,” stressing that all necessary measures should be taken to maintain the law and order situation.
