Owaisi chides Indian Govt’s plans to use plastic bullets in IOK

Hyderabad, January 15, 2019 (PPI-OT): All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen Chief, Asaduddin Owaisi, has criticized the Indian government over the reports that it is planning to use plastic bullets to disperse anti-India demonstrations in occupied Kashmir.

Assadudin Awaisi in a tweet while reacting to the news report sarcastically said, “This is this government’s Kashmir policy in all its glory. Instead of exploring the underlying reasons behind the alienation in the valley; they are trying to find new ‘non-lethal weapons’ (which are apparently still lethal).” Owaisi, a Lok Sabha member from Hyderabad, India, was earlier part of an all-party delegation that visited occupied Kashmir.
