of Directors will be held on May 15, 2023 in Karachi to consider the Annual Accounts for the period
ended December 31, 2022 for declaration of any entitlement.

period from May 06, 2023 to May 16, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall,
directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner.
