Pakistan, Saudi Arabia Poised to Ink Major Strategic Economic Pact

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are advancing towards a major strategic agreement aimed at revolutionising their economic partnership, following a recent landmark defence deal.

The Saudi Ambassador, Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy, has confirmed that preparations are underway for a significant strategic project, which he described as vital for the economies of both nations, according to an official report today.

This deepening of ties is reportedly being facilitated by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), which is credited with boosting the bilateral relationship to new heights.

The prospective pact builds upon a robust foundation of existing collaboration, with the two countries having previously signed thirty-four memorandums of understanding valued at 2.8 billion dollars in recent years.
