Pakistani Diplomatic Success in US-Iran Ceasefire Averted Nuclear Threat, Claims Business Group

Pakistan’s diplomatic intervention in the US-Iran conflict successfully secured a ceasefire that averted a potential nuclear war and triggered an immediate economic upturn, a prominent industrial association has claimed.

In a joint statement, the leadership of the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), including Patron-in-Chief S.M. Tanveer, President Muhammad Ikram Rajput, and Deputy Patron-in-Chief Zubair Chhaya, today appreciated the nation”s role in de-escalating regional tensions.

The business leaders specifically lauded the “tireless efforts” of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, describing their actions as a commendable contribution to global peace and a reinforcement of Pakistan”s central diplomatic role on the world stage.

According to KATI, Pakistan”s timely manoeuvres not only reduced regional friction but also safeguarded millions of lives by preventing a major conflict. They highlighted the positive economic fallout, pointing to an “extraordinary surge” in the Pakistan Stock Exchange and a fall in energy prices as direct consequences of the de-escalation.

The statement noted that this diplomatic achievement has received international acclaim, citing recognition from the heads of the United States, Iran, and the United Nations for the pivotal roles played by Pakistan”s prime minister and field marshal. This global regard, they asserted, demonstrated the failure of hostile elements to undermine Pakistan”s standing.

Reduced regional tensions are expected to have a favourable impact on global economies, trade, and industrial activities, the association projected. They expressed optimism that the truce would establish a foundation for lasting peace and sustainable stability in the Middle East.

The ceasefire has fostered economic stability and a bullish trend in the stock market, reflecting renewed investor confidence, the KATI officials added. It is hoped that the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz will soon restore the global oil supply, which would stabilise soaring energy prices and provide worldwide relief.

Concluding their remarks, the KATI representatives reiterated the business community”s tribute to the government and military leadership and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening Pakistan”s economic development and positive international image.
