The High Commission for Pakistan has collaborated with Canadian charitable and governmental bodies in the nation”s capital to launch a food donation programme for the holy month of Ramadhan, aiming to assist individuals facing hardship.
The initiative sees the Pakistani diplomatic mission working alongside the Feed Canada Association and local government authorities within the National Capital Region, according to a MOIB report today.
In a statement, the High Commissioner commended the Association for its valuable contribution towards fostering compassion for the less fortunate.
The envoy also paid tribute to the voluntary efforts of Pakistani community members, acknowledging their consistent support for humanitarian causes.
