A passerby was injured by a stray bullet on Tuesday in the Machar Colony area, prompting police to launch an immediate investigation into the public firing incident.
According to a report from the Docks Police Station, the victim has been identified as approximately 30-year-old Muhammad Asif, son of Shafi. The incident occurred near Muree Chowk.
The injured person was immediately transferred to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for necessary medical attention.
Authorities have confirmed that a formal investigation into the matter is underway to determine the circumstances of the shooting.
