PDM struggle going to enter successful phase: Durrani

LARKANA:The result of anti-government struggles is not immediately achieved and PDM’s struggle is going to enter into a successful phase because it represents poverty-stricken masses, and its result will come out soon.

This was stated by Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durreni while addressing a reception organised at village Torband by Kehar community notable Sajan Kehar near Madeji Tuesday.

He said Sindh’s islands belonged to Sindh and the Chief Minister had categorically expressed his views on that issue. He said due to coronavirus, he remained away from the people for sometime and now he was among them. He said some of his opponents played their dirty tricks but failed because they don’t know he was the worker of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. He said that there were some issues in the villages relating to drainage, schools, hospitals, unemployment, etc for which he was trying his best to resolve.

Durrani appealed to the participants to take part in the 13th martyrdom anniversary of Benazir Bhutto which was being observed on 27th December at her final resting place in Garhi Khuda Bux to pay homage to her.

Rose petals were showered over him when he arrived to participate in the reception. Guests were presented with traditional gifts of Sindhi caps and Ajraks as well. Sajan Kehar, Zulfiqar Jeho, Nisar Ahmed Khakhrani, Rukhsana Markhiyani, Aijaz Mishwani and others also addressed the gathering.
