LAHORE:The Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Rehabilitation Department, Government of Sindh on Monday announced that in view of the unprecedented heat waves in province of Sindh during recent years, specially in 2015, which caused several deaths, and in anticipation of such climatic eventually, the PDMA has set and communicated the guidelines for action and implementation by all concerned authorities.
The PDMA will also ensure overall coordination with all relevant National and Provincial Department. It will issue timely warning upon its receipt from Pakistan Met and NDMA. The PDMA will also advice the concerned Departments regarding precautionary measures.
