PML-F leader Jamali sent on seven-day physical remand

NAWABSHAH: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Nawabshah on Monday sent Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) leader Faqir Muhib Khan Jamali on a seven-day physical remand in police encounter and seven other cases.

Jamali, belonging to Sakrand town, was arrested by Sakrand police in a raid on 23 April and was produced in a local court with an eight cases. The local court had sent him on a five-day physical remand which ended today. The ATC once against sent him on a seven day physical remand.

Speaking outside the court, Jamali said that not a single case was proved against him. He rejected police cases and termed them political victimization.
