Police have been put on high alert for the security of mosques and imambargahs in the federal capital. Following a review of security measures at mosques and imambargahs throughout the capital to ensure the safety of worshippers, law enforcement personnel have been instructed to remain extremely vigilant.
This security review was conducted by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Qazi Ali Raza himself this morning. The review of security arrangements was conducted during the morning Fajr prayers.
During his inspection visit, SSP Raza directly interacted with police officers stationed at various places of worship. He consulted with the staff on duty to review the existing security protocols.
At the conclusion of the visit, the SSP issued strict instructions to the personnel, emphasizing the critical need to remain constantly vigilant for the security of religious sites and to perform their assigned duties diligently.
