The Agri Professionals and Friends Group has secured a clear victory in the annual elections of the Agri Association, with Rao Salman elected as the new President and Faraz Abbas as the General Secretary.
According to the results officially announced on Tuesday, the successful group secured 101 votes, establishing a clear lead over its rival, the Agri Insaf Group, which received 82 votes.
In a statement after the victory, newly elected General Secretary Faraz Abbas said that this success is a testament to the confidence placed in them by individuals associated with the agricultural sector. He expressed his determination that the association will take effective measures to solve the problems of agricultural professionals and will pursue a policy based on transparency, consultation, and collective decisions.
