Professor Khawaja Farooq, appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of Kashmir University Haveli

Professor Dr. Khawaja Farooq Ahmed has been appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of the newly established University of Haveli. The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, who is also the Chancellor of the universities, formally announced this appointment using the powers vested under Section 44 of the University Act.
